Is it true that some of the reg changes from FRB to the CFPB did result in model forms being changed to reflect the Bureau’s address?

I can't find any SR letters on this. I see something from the OCC from October, but nothing from the Feds.

Where can I find the correct address information for the CFPB that should be on the notices. I am assuming they are referring to CRA, Fair Housing and ECOA notices.
