Do you still have a Reconcilement Form on the back of your deposit statement paper for customers to reconcile their account each month?

Is there any requirement for us to keep it on the statement paper?

I haven't received a paper statement from my bank for years. When I did, I never used those reconciliation tools.

There's no requirement that it be on your statement forms.
