Ok, I have spent too much time this morning trying to locate an updated MSB list on FinCEN's website. :-( They have made changes to their website and I can't seem to locate the list. Can anyone help? THANKS in advance!!! Happy Monday!

And if you select All States you get everything.

It appears there's no longer the option of downloading the MSB list as an excel file? If that's the case, what method is everyone using to periodically check existing customers against the list? I'd hate to have to do it manually.

I selected one state, highlighted the results, copied and did a "paste special" as text into Excel. It pasted fairly cleanly.

That being said, perhaps banks should let FINCEN know this is not as convenient for querying multiple MSBs.

I am having the same trouble: we used to download .txt files into our drivers, than run a program to spit out results. Anyone else out there do a similar process in the past? Did you come up with an alternative?

No question, the previous mechanism was more user friendly. If you are searching for a specific customer, search on the zip code. "Name" searches are way too sensitive to assure that the name you are searching for will turn up.

I appears the list is once again available for downloading to Excel.
