LMBO! I did that one night half asleep because I couldnt remember if had done them that morning...while I was half asleep! Darned Ambien!

I was just laying there, wide awake, so it helped me fall asleep too. Good for many reasons!

Isn't it strange that we forget? At this point, they should be regular as brushing your teeth.

Did sets of 12, 25 and 20 this morning. 25 is my high set so far this year and 57 is my highest total daily number since I did 78 and burned my shoulder awhile back. Highest in February, for sure. ::loud applause:: And, for the ladies, I must say that I'm lookin' pretty darn good. ::ladies whistling::

I usually do my first set after putting on my pre-electric shave lotion, come in and shave, take my pills for the day, then go do my 2nd set, finish getting ready with clothes ready to go and do my 3rd set.

Then, I try to cool off before gettign dressed. Deogorant is applied a couple times in there.

Fending off the dog and Little Pup are usually my greatest obstacles.

Woo Hoo!!! My daughter is going out for the high school track team!! She has shown zero interest in running or track but the boyfriend [involuntary eye twitch] is doing track so she is going to try out.

She originally wanted to do throw (jav, shot, disc) but being not quite 5' and barely 100 lbs she will likely be running. Of course I offered to help

I told her that running does not require skill or athletic ability, just determination and practice. I am hoping that she likes it and that I can help her along. She is very competitive, both with me and the boyfriend so hopefully she will learn to push herself and develop a love for running
