Part 1 Sec. A Item 7 Address - There is a business customer with two different addresses associated with the business. One is the physical address of the business and other address is his home/mailing address that appears on the article of incorporation and EIN notification from IRS. Which one do I use?

You would use the actual phsyical location of the business, not the home/mailing address.

I guess the physical address is always considered as the permanent address for this item then. Thank you.
