"Scull crushers"?  Its a triceps exercise. Unless, of course, you happen to be involved in some warped video game or in prison. Then its a survival tecnique.

"Scull crushers"? Lay down flat on your back, hold weight(s) above you, bending your arms at the elbow, lower them towards your head/face. It's a good tricep workout, and as long as you don't have a tendancy to let go of your weights, your skull shouldn't be in any danger

I took up about 65 square feet of flagstones that were cemented to the basement floor yesterday and relocated them to the back yard, it was a decent workout. I have about 60 more square feet of stone that need torn off a wall if anyone would like a challenge....

I took up about 65 square feet of flagstones that were cemented to the basement floor yesterday and relocated them to the back yard, it was a decent workout. I have about 60 more square feet of stone that need torn off a wall if anyone would like a challenge.... They won't let me on the plane with my hammer.....  I suspect this is why thy guy in the comics and the movies just uses a cape..... ::heads for the cape store::

He wouldn't use an axe, he'd get his sledge and just pound it into the ground until you never knew it was there! Have you ever performed this tedious duty? Pounding into the ground would be: 1) a waste of perfectly good dynomite and 2) the easy way out.

<<< Is a bit odd. I like pounding things with a sledge hammer and I split wood for entertainment. I don't even have a wood burning fireplace anymore, its gas. I have two friends with wood burning stoves and I split theirs for them. There is astrong sense of immediate gratification in splitting wood!
