In doing a flood audit, I found where the Lender ID number was not noted on the SFHD.

If this is not corrected, what's the worst that could happen? The lender name, address & account number is on there, just not the Lender ID.

It is usually cited as a less serious "technical violation", with an instruction to get it fixed. It is mentioned in the exam but not counted toward any penalties. That is what I have seen in exams.

We got nailed for this very issue at our last compliance exam. Just a cite in the report. All we had to do was contact our flood determination provider to have it added.
