Does anyone have a crib sheet for which of the various items affect the APR on real estate loans in Missouri? I'm still learning the difference between Reg Z and MO law. Thanks.

MO doesn't have any special definitions that differ from the TIL fees. There have been lots of references includinghere This is an excellent tool.

The Reg-Z Finance Charge Table which you posted can it be used for state specific loans, such as Florida, Michigan and Illinois? Thanks.

Illinois is similar to Missouri in that there are not any special provisions that would require you to include a charge in the F.C. that would not already be required by Regulation Z. (I suspect that other states are the same.)
