Does anyone out there have policies and/or procedures for customer notices, expedited recredits and qualified returns? Also, does anyone have a sample of the customer notice that we need to send out?

I have received a copy of the Check 21 2004 timeline (from the ABA) and these items are on the "Have to do" list!

I haven't seen any information on these items so any help would be appreciated!

As much as you should be planning for these things, it's premature to finalize any of the customer communications pieces. The Fed hasn't yet issued the final rules.
