I just would like to verify that since an ATM is not a branch, there are no regulatory requirements for us to close the ATM? I suggest we give notice as a courtesy maybe 30 days prior to closing - but that is all? I checked with FL State Statutes and found nothing relating to closing.

That's what I undertsand as well. As long as there are no state rules, then you can close whenever. Notification is just a customer service issue at that point.

The ATM had about 10 transactions a month for the last year - mostly to same person...
