With the new check 21 system starting this year, I was wonder if anyone knew what jobs in the banking industry would no longer be need such as (e.g. proof,csr).

At this time, I do not see any jobs being eliminated. Check 21 is only about the substitute check and the mandate that the paying bank and its customer must accept it without agreement.
