We are looking into starting to report our credit cards to TransUnion and a couple of questions have come up.
1) We currently use a TransUnion product for CIP purposes on new accounts but do not pull an actual credit report. Would an address discrepancy on such a report trigger the need to provide a confirmed address since we would be reporting to TransUnion for the credit cards?
2) If a customer has recently moved and the CRA is still showing the address as the confirmed previous address what is our responsibilty, would this trigger the address discrepancy rules?
