What happened to Appedix J? I looked in Reg V and it was no longer there. Did I miss something regarding the Red Flag rules and risk assessment requirements changing?

It's still in the Federal Reserve version of Reg V http://www.bankersonline.com/regs/222/j222.html

it just didn't get transferred to the CFPB by Dodd-Frank.
