#173163 - 03/24/04 06:48 PM Performance Evaluation Retention After a Merger

Does anyone know if this is addressed? I can't find anything, so I'm about ready to say that by __.43(a)(2), only the surviving bank's Performance Evaluation need be retained. The other instituion's evaluation could be retained, but is not required. Insight?

We have acquired three other banks and we dispose of the PEs. Those banks don't exist any longer (and their regulators aren't our regulator either).
