I have a situation where one person transacted a withdrawal from a business account for $5,000 and then withdrew also from a personal account for her husband's DBA (she is a signer) for $6,000. Because she walked out the door with the $11,000 I believe we would have to file a CTR. Would we just file it on her or would we have to include the other entities and have 3 section A entries? Or would we just have 2 section A entries with the businesses and her as the section b transactor?

Both transacations were "by the same person" and are subject to aggregation. Assuming the business is an entity, there is one Section A for the entity and another for her husband showing the DBA name. She is in Section B.

More than $10,000 went over the counter so you are required to file a CTR.

If she is a beneficiary in the transactions, then you would have 3 section A's and section B would be "conducted on own behalf". If she is not a beneficiary in the transactions, then you would have 2 section A's and her in section B as conductor.

If the money was for the transactor's benefit would she just be in section A and that is all? (Section B would be conducted on own behalf) The accounts would show in the accounts affected section.

I agree with if it was for the benefit of the businesses, two section A's with the businesses and Section B with the lady as the transactor.
