In the past we only accepted Matricula Consular Cards issued out of Omaha for the mexican population because we were informed they ask for all required documentation before issuing the identification card.
We are now running into a large selection of Guatemala citizens requesting to open an account with a Guatemala Consular Card issued out of Denver, Co. Can anyone give me guidance as to do all these government places in the U.S. ask for the appropriate documentation before issuing these cards.
Keeping our Matrix Schedule up for appropriate documentation at account opening is getting harder and harder.

If they have a valid passport why would they need a CONSULAR ID CARD?
