Greetings!

Where a CTR reportable transaction is made to/from a joint account, is the dollar amount reported for each accountholder's section of the e-form or just the transactor's? Example: H deposits $11,000 into joint account. H's section of form is completed reflecting the $11,000 deposit. Section of form for W, as beneficiary, is also completed reflecting $11,000 deposit. Correct?

Correct. In this, the same dollar amount will appear in three places -- item 21 or 22 for each of the persons named, and item 25 or 27 in the transaction details section.
