We are working on enhancing our Compliance risk assessments and I would like some input from others on this topic.

Is anyone outsourcing their compliance risk assessments? Or are you doing them in house?

How are you determining which regulations to perform the compliance risk assesments? I am thinking we would do: Fair Lenidng; Flood; SCRA; and FCRA.

We had ours done by ICS. We are currently implementing the WolfPAC ERM system, and it is one of the available modules. very comprehensive.

We are currently implementing WolfPAC's regulatory compliance and IT risk assessment modules.

We are currently debating this very topic (outsourcing or doing this internally). Can I get information on this module? Also, how often are you performing your Compliance Risk Assessment? What about a Fair Lending Risk Assessment ? Is that done in conjunction with your Compliance Risk Assessment and if so how frequently?
