During a flood review, I ran across a 2007 loan that has a 10/07 SFHD showing property not in a SFHA and a 12/07 SFHD showing property to be in a SFHA. Both SFHDs were obtained prior to closing. Also, prior to closing flood insurance was purchased and has been in effect since consummation. No written notice was ever provided to borrower. Memo in file explains how lack of notice error occurred and how bank will keep error from occurring again. Is there any need to "notify" borrower at this point or has this "flood water already flowed under the bridge"?

Thanks!
