Should we not have the 2011 CRA disclosure statement for our CRA public files by now? I looked on the FFIEC website for my banks information but was not able to find it. Does everyone else have their 2011 CRA disclosure statement?

If you can't find it, are you confusing it with the HMDA disclosure statement that has to be in the public file also?

Sorry Dazed and Confused that one I do have. It is the two listed above. I Have tried that website and my bank's information does not show up for 2011. I can get 2010, but can not get 2011. Any Ideas? The information I am looking for is the CRA disclosure statement.

I won't be much help. Our institution isn't required yet to file annually for CRA. Sorry...

Did you possibly change regulators, thereby filing with a different regulator number and RID?

We did not change regulators. Our RID number is the same number we have always used. I can not figure out why our information is not out there. Should there be someone that I should contact about this?
