I know affordable housing, which may include multi-family, counts for LMI indidivudals. Is there somplace the drills down this element, say max. rental cost per month, and depending on the location (cities in the Assessment Area)?

HUD releases Fair Market Rent rates by county. Rent rates below those numbers would be considered affordable housing. Is that the kind of information you are looking for?
