I have a form printed by DocMagic that reflects "Amount Given to You Directly of $613,576.39. The loan amount is $352,000. TIL has Total Payments of $441,371.90. From the proceeds we are paying off a loan in the amount of $264,089.00 and a PFC of $701.11. How is the Amount Given to You being calculated?

how can the "amount given to you directly" be more than the loan amount? Sounds like a calculation problem.
