Is there a retention requirement for prior year information in the public file? For example, we just updated everything in March, so do we have to keep what was replaced or it is purpose served?

Thanks!

You need to review the specific requirements for data types. Some require more than one year of information. For example, prior 2 calendar years for HMDA.

I would keep anything that was in effect for any part of the time period to be covered in your next CRA examination. At least that much.
