Do we include Loan Production Offices (LPO) in the branch locations listing in the public file?

No. They are not branches. You can separately list them as LPOs if you wish.

I find that strange, since they provide a credit service. It just seems like they should be included.

LPOs are not licensed as branches and are therefore not listed as branches. The bank can add a list of LPOs if it wishes.

The branches (and deposit taking ATMs) trigger an immediate expansion of an assessment area (if in an area not already included) because the bank will immediately start to gather deposits from that area.
