I came across the following statement:

Any card issued in the State of Tennessee may not be used for online gambling transactions.

Is this true? I see that gambling is illegal in TN, but the law is silent on online gambling.

If gambling is illegal in TN - it is illegal, period.

True. You cannot even buy Lottery tickets in TN with Debit Card. You can play lottery with cash only.
