i am looking for a definition of majority as it pertains to loans made inside vs outside our AA. first, i would like to know if there is a "marker" to look for, i seen 50-70%, just wondering what other banks are using. secondly, is it the number of loans or the total dollar amount?
thanks

Both number and dollars are tested and both should be at a minimum >50% inside the AA. Banks have had different experiences but the greater % over 50 the better.
