I would suggest that you focus on the Lending tests administered to small banks:
1 - AA ratio (how many and what amt of your HMDA and CRA loans are inside your AA?
2- GAP Analysis - are there any "Unexplained lending gaps in contiguous tracts"?
3- what is your HMDA penetration rate lending in your AA LMI tracts? What is your small business penetration rate lending in AA LMI tracts? How does this compare to the standard (other lenders activity and demographics)?
4 - what is your penetration rate extending mortgages to LMI borrowers inside your AA? What is your penetration rate lending to very small businesses (GAR<=$1 million) inside your AA? Again, how does this compare to other lenders and market demographics?
It is simply a matter of computing the results according to the tests and comparing to the standards. Calculating your results should not be a problem if you have been collecting the data. The only thing left is to get the market and demographic data and compute the standards and then compare to your results.
There are numerous commercial software options and there is the free FFIEC software too for collecting and computing your data. The market data and the demographic data can be obtained from commercial sources and/or from the FFIEC (although the government data is not too user friendly).
