Me: "Oh dear" followed by a nervous laugh.

Auditor: "No, seriously, it's all good things!"

Me: "Oh, okay" followed by a smile.

Thank goodness today is the ONLY day I have to deal with them. grin

It's interesting what makes the news and what doesn't. I haven't seen any national attention on the issue at all. Mentioning the horses reminded me of it since a rancher lost 10 of their 13 horses.
