Customer walks in the bank with $10,500 cash to purchase a cashier's check. He wants the cashier's check to be from his wife (remitter) since it is paying something in her name. He also made a deposit of $1,560 in cash to a joint account shared with his wife. How would the CTR be filled out? Part 1 for the husband (conducting on own behalf), and Part 2 for his wife (person on whose behalf the transaction was conducted) for the cashier's check and the deposit?

Thanks
