3 sets of 20 girly pushups this morning.

I have no idea how many I did at the trainer Tuesday night but well over 50. None were girly, they were all on a box. Each set I had to go down to the smaller box. By the end, I had to do 2 real ones on the ground with my hands under my elbows. I've never been able to do them like that.

Your hands under your elbow, or under your shoulder?

You see, I'm confrused because your elbows are a hinge and are not static...so I'm wondering how you stay underneath them.
