Wow, I feel all peppy now, that's for sure! I have 40 left. Over the last 5 months I've escalated from sets of 25, to 30, and now I'm doing 40. I guess that's a sign that I'm getting somewhere!

I've still been doing the 'month' sets...but my right shoulder is arguing with me quite badly lately. Use the other arm for a while.

I'm looking for some ideas to mix up my lower-body weight training to find some new ways to get more out of myself, while focusing on running related strength. For those running/lifters out there, what are you doing?
Currently, my legs day starts with core work, that includes plenty of hip-flexor work. Then I go through rounds of walking lunges (weighted), two different types of monster walks (with resistance bands), step-ups with hammer curls (weighted, of course), squats (weighted with free-weights), hamstring curls (with resistance bands), and calf raises (with ankle weights).
Looking to BBB, Jen, or any others that have a regiment that they're happy with that I might be able to incorporate into mine.
