I've developed a new hobby -- being the compliance fairy! When I see a print ad, billboard, or commercial that has a compliance violation in it, I'm calling the institution to let them know -- rather than waiting for an examiner to break the news to them. Most common problem? Violations of TISA that stem from promotions where a particular rate will only be paid a very limited period of time. See this article I wrote that explains the problem.
