I'm trying to revise our policy acknowledgement form that employees sign each year. Would any one be willing to share a copy of theirs?

Thank you.

Good question. I was hoping to have one acknowledgment for all policies at the bank.

You give every policy to every employee and require them to read and acknowledge that they understand them all?? I think such a document would do you little good for whatever you are planning to use it for. While your entry level tellers might sign that they have read your asset and liability management policy, I would think only a few might actually understand it.

Randy - We provide access to all Board approved policies to all bank employees. Not my brilliant idea, but the a Director feels it would be a good idea to get an acknowledgement from all employees. Sometimes it's not worth the brain damage of arguing.

Thanks Happy. That's a good start.
