I am looking for a simple risk assessment form that I can use when completing my EDD risk assessments for my high customers. We are looking to simplify our current process. Right now we use a form that requires us to write a lot, almost like an essay on the customer and we are looking for something a little more simple, almost like a checklist of review. Would anyone be willing to share theirs?
