My favorite snow boots were at the office so I had to wear my other boots.

I might starve as all the food piled in my pantry is not what I really want to eat right now!!

I've been invited to too many parties and I have to narrow it down to five on a rotation.

I had to go out on the roof to clean the snow off of the dish so that my kids could watch TV on their snow day. I only took a broom and one boot to the second floor with me thinking that I could reach the dish by sticking one foot out of the window. Well I couldn't, and didn't want to go all the way back downstairs to get the second boot. So I went out onto the roof in my one boot to clean off the dish. I had a wet sock for the rest of the day. I hate wet socks.

Went through the McD's drive thru for some quick breakfast. Ordered #6 with cheese. (SAUSAGE egg biscuit, hash brown, small coffee) Get back to the office open it up and there is NO SAUSAGE. How hard is it to get a simple order right. I wonder if the Einstein who put my order together is thinking, "You ever feel like you forgot something?" Now the rest of my day will be incomplete!

I made the mistake of sitting down before turning the light in my office on, now I don't want to get back up. Why doesn't my light have a remote like the ones at home?? I work in deplorable conditions!

The other one was still dry, duh!
Actually, here's the story. After I cleaned-off the dish and came back inside the window, I took off the boot, so I had a boot and a broom covered with snow in my hands. If I stop in my room for new socks, the boot and broom drip snow and water everywhere, so I race back down the steps. My kids are waiting there for me. They want me to take them sled-riding. So I fgure why change my socks they might get wet anyway. So I take the kids for some quick sled riding. By the time we get back, it's time for me to get back to work since I'm on my lunch break. Dry socks are upstairs, I'm downstairs with boots and coat on and don't want to be too late getting back to work, so it's either one wet sock or really late getting back to work.

This trolley takes too long to get from the L'Auberge to the Nugget.
