Is there a difference between a substitute check and an image of a check? We image all our proof and offer a statement with images instead of checks.

The substitute check itself is paper, it is not an electronic image (although you could have an electronic image OF a substitute check, of course).

So, what does that do for us as far as the proposed Reg CC changes? As we still going to have to disc about substitue checks, recrediting, etc?
