Have been looking for clarification on signage requirements for an ATM and haven't found what I am looking for. We have cash dispensing ATMs. Only the oldest one has signage on it stating that it is with the Transfund network and what cards are accepted. The other two which have been replaced due to software upgrades do not. Is that still required?

Network signage requirements are generally required not by Fed Reg, but by your network agreement.
