We are getting ready to acquire several mortgage loans through a merger and are preparing a combined transfer disclosure and have a question regarding when the first payment should be.

Merger effective June 1, 2015.
Notice to be sent by May 15, 2015

Can the first payment be as early as June 1, or do I have to wait a minimum amount of time from the effective date of transfer?

You can make the date for payments to be delivered to the new servicer (you) the date of the merger.
