We are making a loan to a builder to construct a model home. No one is living in it while it is serving as a model. It has a term of 30 mos. Primary source of repayment is sale of the home in 30 months. Is this reportable? I think not, but we have people here saying it is.

Reportable as what, a small business loan? Construction loans are not on the call report in a section that ties to small business.

Community Development? In what way?

Or is this really a HMDA question...it is not HMDA reportable.

I meant to post this under HMDA. Thank you. I didn't think it was reportable either.

Ultimately it will be sold like the other homes in the development.
