Who out there in CRA land has a really comprehensive CRA Lending Investment AND Services database managament system that they could recommend? I've asked our IT dept to build a management tool for my department. Based on the specs that we provided they are now asking subtle "what about 3rd party vendors" question. Any suggestions?

I haven't used Centrax in years, so I have no idea how useful or beneficial the system is these days. Back in the day, we were all just happy to have a system that would geo-code loans. It got really old digging out Thomas Guide Census Tract books and cross-referencing with Census Demographic print out.
