I have a broken fitbit. I need to look into repairs. The little button on the side fell out.

has it overstated your steps kind of like getting two Twix bars for the price of one from the vending machine?

if so, just accept the gift and move on

Rocking a vending machine back and forth to get an extra candy bar technically is exercise.

SoxGirl, I have a Fitbit. Have worn it since Valentines day of this year. It is a wonderful motivator. I just upgraded to a charge HR this past weekend.

I workout at least 1 and a half hours daily, most days 2 hours, 7 days a week. An app won't help...like Nike says, Just Do It!!!

but without an app, how will you post to social media so everyone can see how many steps you've taken, miles walked, stairs climbed, resting, active, and very active minutes?

My husband and I are looking at purchasing the Fitbit charge HR - probably as a gift for xmas. However, I don't think I want to know my sleep patterns. I usually wake up more tired than rested.

Have a Fitbit. Also recently got a Motorola smart watch that tracks steps. They are generally in the same neighborhood for step counts.

I think I get credit for walking twice as far as I actually do this way. smile

I emailed Fitbit about my broken Charge, and I got an email back in bad English saying it's still under warranty. They wanted to know where I bought it, but didn't ask for a receipt, and then wanted my name and address, the color and size. Are they going to send me a replacement? I'd be ecstatic.

Are they going to send me a replacement? sure as soon as you send them $10,000 in good faith to their Ghana address they will send the $10,000 back along with a new fitbit.

Fitbit just responded. They are sending me a free replacement. And I don't have to send any money to Ghana first. In 5 -7 days I should be counting steps again.
