If they are closed or operating with a skeleton crew for inclement weather, then they may be operating with reduced electric power, or operating on a backup generator. If so, there is no way they can keep their servers at full power to accommodate normal internet traffic. I have a suspicion they are doing what amounts to a rolling blackout to keep down the traffic level. Just my two cents....
Small bank, discrete filing. No links for filing reports although I can check status of those already filed. Glad I checked here as I was about to panic!

The links were missing around 4 PM central time for me last night and they're still missing this morning. I've been on hold for the help desk for 41 mins.......and still waiting.
If anyone at FinCEN is reading this, it would be really helpful to your thousands of filers to post a notice on your filing portal when you are experiencing problems.

One of my staff, who had emailed the e-Filing Help Desk two days ago, received a response today that they had to reboot the system. We've been e-Filing today with no problems.

Had same issues...links are back but I did notice one of my users was no longer in the system. Not sure if it is coincidence or not. Will call them today....
