Any thoughts on how to comply with the disclosure requirements of 213.5(b)? I recently heard a legal opinion that no matter how one approaches these disclosures, they will probably be wrong. Has anyone else heard this opinion? I would appreciate hearing from anyone currently doing month-to-month extensions past the 6 month point.
