I have a multiple party account that was opened last week. In the account title box on the signature card, only one owner wanted to be listed in the title box, however the signature card clearly states Multiple Party Account as well as all owners are clearly listed as account owners on the signature lines. My questions is, is this a legal signature card?

I suggest asking your attorney. How would we know without knowing what your signatures cards say, what purpose they serve, etc.?
