The FFIEC site says there is a way to do batch address geocoding, but the links they provide are not valid.

Does anyone know if there is a way to batch geocode multiple addresses?

That is not the FFIEC, that is the Census Bureau.

It also works for me, but I did not attempt to submit an actual batch file. You need to be sure that they are using the same geocoding basis as the FFIEC or CFPB in the future if you plan on using this feature.
