Lots of good lunches... I ended up with personal pan pizza. Was might fine even though they put the wrong toppings on it.

Leftover homemade zuppa tuscana soup (copycat recipe) - my husband's favorite soup from Olive Garden. I've made it twice now and it's so yummy.

I cooked a whole chicken in my pressure cooker last night. Turned out super moist, and I'm eating it today with brown rice (also made in pressure cooker).

I ate leftover roast and mashed potatoes that we had for dinner last night. It was yummy, too. Tonight - white chili which I will probably bring some for lunch tomorrow also. Love leftovers!
