Hello -

Can someone point me to the specific Ohio statute(s) that addressed force-placed insurance (AKA creditor-placed)? I've searched the legislative services area of the state website, as well as the Office of Insurance, but no luck. We recently acquired a few branches in Ohio, so we need to make sure we are following the state guidelines.

I am not aware of any state specific statute for force placed insurance, we follow the CFPB and FEMA/NFIP regulations.
