We just bought a bank that used the FFIEC software through YE 2016. Is there a way to download the data into an Excel spreadsheet? We file on CRA Wiz, so my knowledge of the FFIEC software is ancient.

Yes. Open the program and choose the submission you need to work with. Select "Submit or Export" from the main screen. Click "continue," "export for other purposes," and "OK." Tell it where you want it to save to and pick the Export Type of ASCII Delimited.
