I have just stumbled across the Initial Escrow Account Disclosure Statement form located in my disclosure software.

Is this form still required for TRID loan estimates and closing disclosures; since all of the escrow information is now included on TRID disclosures?

At closing - yes - it is governed by RESPA 1024.17 and not TRID. With an LE - no.
