Has anyone seen the new model form, to be effective 9/1 yet? Or if there will be one released? I know the format is contained within the bill, but I'm hoping they release a model form by itself.
Other than in the bill and the sample IBAT put in their Compliance Guideline, I've not seen a formal model form yet.

I heard that one vendor's current form is basically the one adopted. Basically initial one and sign down here that you were offered all these account types.
I finally just created my own from the model in the actual bill/law. Now I understand that our deposit account opening software has an update available. It's probably in there.
